The “funniest” thing about the Airman dying at the UTSA-Navy football game is the fact that if a player stubs his toe on the turf, the entire training staff rushes to his aid in a heartbeat. Players start crying, doing performative prayers, and hugging eachother. The cart carries them off as he waves goodbye to the fans as they realize they’ve lost it all. An airman falls to his death in a genuinely unnecessary recruiting stunt in front of thousands of people and the only person to react is some rando in a suit who just nonchalantly strolls over and pokes around at the poor guy. Zero concern from anyone. He politely waves some other people over so they can also stand around and pick dandelions in left field with him. I used to hate “goyball”, “sportsball”, and “bread and circus” people, but I really get I get it now.

The Shape Store remains the high-water mark of AI content. Nothing has even come close to this yet, except maybe the cats dancing to that “scuba” song.

Hold up I think I’m Catholic now
In this era of artificial intelligence, it is becoming urgent to distinguish human art from what machines produce. There is an ontological difference, even before an aesthetic one, between art and what a machine can generate through statistical calculation based on millions of images created by others. Algorithms lack the spark of humanity. For this reason, the Church wishes to renew an alliance with artists and cultural institutions to safeguard our humanity.

I love how favorited OSU had a total second half collapse in the sportsball game against UT, which should be the headlines, but instead everyone is bonding over the probable rapefest in the crowd lmfao

I think I’d gamble more if Italians still ran casinos. Anne Frankly, we all know who runs the casinos nowadays.

Will never understand why people think the CIA stopped being bad at some point. “Yeah they spent decades doing mass experimentation on the American public, but they wouldn’t do that now!” Can’t wait for the congressional hearing in 20 years that reveals all of the shit that they’re CURRENTLY doing.
The CIA’s MKUltra mind control program may still be active and conducting experiments on Americans, according to testimony before the House Oversight Committee.

Posting a tier list of my most enjoyable handguns, both currently and formerly owned. This is not speaking of their quality, just how much I enjoy them. Nobody will likely see this. Hi-Point Tier: •JHP-45 -Enough said. Just kiddin, they’re manufactured down the road so I need one. Mine is not reliable like most expect, but I never shoot it anyway. S Tier: ———— Glock 26 Gen 4 •The best handgun all around for everything I need a handgun for. Upgrades are: OEM NY1 trigger spring, OEM “–”disconnector, OEM metal night sights, Kagwerks raised slide release, and a Vickers mag release. Beautiful. S&W Bodyguard 2.0 •Peak pocket carry in 2026. Not my preferred way of carrying, but something I find myself doing more often. I have large hands and still get a 3 finger grip on it. The snappy allegations are unfounded and retarded. A Tier ———— Glock 22 Gen 3 •I like .40S&W, you’ll see more on the list. You can laugh. I don’t like 9mm in full size handguns, it feels like I’m wasting the potential of a full size gun. It’s known that Gen 3 has the best aftermarket models out of all Glocks, but I personally just prefer the mag release over other Gens. Springfield Garrison •I always wanted a nice 1911 without breaking the bank. Got it used for $499 which is not good but not bad. Smooth as hell, but I learned why I don’t like the 1911 much. There’s just a lot going on with a complete strip job. Really good at its price however and I love shooting it. M&P9 2.0 Compact OR •It’s a polymer frame compact handgun, with the benefit of having a more comfortable grip than the compact Glocks. Just as good as a Glock in my books. Sig P250 Compact •Kind of off the wall. Modular polymer frame DAO that has compatibility with the P320. Wasn’t a huge commercial success but I also got it for $299 with the .45ACP X-Change kit and 10 mags for both. Best DAO trigger I’ve ever felt. A P320 but not gay. S&W CSX •Just a neat carry gun. Not too many options like it on the market. People loved to hate it for no reason leaving aftermarket support nonexistent, but I love her. B Tier (Gonna speed some of these up) ———— CSX E-Series 3.6in •Better than the original but I made the mistake of the longer barrel. Buy the 3.1in. Beretta 92FS Y2K Edition •Bought it as a good deal. Bulky as hell and not entirely my type. Smoothest action ever but sold it to a Beretta nerd when I realized it was slightly limited edition. Glock 19 Gen 3 •it’s a Glock 19 Gen 3. Not much to be said. Glock 22 Gen 4 •Same as the Gen 3…BUT with a worse mag release. FN FNS-9 •Reliable with great stock features, but the plastic is the worst feeling of the big names in the polymer game Beretta Jetfire •Fun as Hell but not fun finding .25ACP. I do love mouse guns tho. Bought from a Russian immigrant at a gun show. Glock 23 Gen 5 MOS •Want to love it. I was so excited for it. It’s .40, it’s a compact, it’s optic ready, it’s a Glock. It’s perfect! Expect Gen 5 flared magwells on the 23/19 fuck with my pinky finger. Shoots great, but I’m much slower because of my distorted grip. HK P30SK •Cool gun built like a brick, but too much gun and not enough grip for only 10+1 flush fit. The Glock 26 pulls this role off better, but I do miss having a rail. C Tier: ———— Ruger MkIV •American icon, but huge for 10+1 .22LR. That’s kind of their purpose, especially the target model, so I don’t hate their existence, I just didn’t enjoy owning it. Reloading the mags suck too. CZ75 Compact •Not a good carry gun but also not cool enough to keep. PX4 Storm Full •92FS but plastic (which is fine). The slide mounted safety is just not fun to carry. Got it for $260 tho, that’s a fuckin steal. Izhmash IJ-70 •It’s cool. It’s Russian. That’s all I guess. Heritage Rough Rider •Fun little thing but feels like a toy. Disappointingly creaky gun, but it’s $99 brand new so it’s okay. D Tier: ———— Rohm RG38 •Shitty Saturday Night Special revolver. Mines in awful condition. Cont.

I hate you so much Tier ———— Glock 43x •I wanted to love it so many times. Bought it, sold it, bought another to try again, and sold it. Slimline pistols are just awful to shoot with how my hands are. Great gun but I’m upset I gave her a second chance, and for that I hate it. Controversial. Kel-Tec P11 •Gramps have it to me as my first carry gun, and it has a special place in my heart and in carry history, but it sucks. It really has a historically awful trigger, especially clumsy with big hands. Long skinny fingers will find it hard to actually get the trigger to break, as you’ve pulled back so far that you’ve essentially wrapped your entire finger around the trigger and have no more finger to give. I do love her sentimentally, but otherwise not fun.

Really happy about the Ohio governor’s race. I get to choose between: •Jeet, who will import billions of Jeets on “technological progress” grounds to inevitably replace me Or •Jew, who will import billions of Jeets on “humanitarian grounds” to inevitably replace me

NEW: Mitch McConnell's office has released a photo of the senator, the first since he was hospitalized on June 14. His doctor says McConnell suffered minor injuries from a fall at home and then developed pneumonia, which was treated with antibiotics. In a statement, McConnell says: "I still have unfinished business to complete on your behalf, and I have every intention of finishing the job you elected me to do."

I get that gun shops are the worst place to sell guns, but I remember a time when the unwritten rule was they’d buy it for 75% its market value if they were interested.

Lukewarm takes, -The AR15 is a weapon of war and that’s why civilians need them -.40S&W is a great caliber, actually Hot takes, -American farmers generally don’t deserve sympathy -The CZ75 low bore axis is fake, gay, and an optical illusion -If you’re reading this the government already has your biometrics, even if you’ve never used Face ID or a fingerprint to open your phone -The only serious SHTF weapons are the AR15 and Glock 19 -Veterans and LEO don’t deserve courseless CCWs Violently hot takes, -Weak Liberals are stronger than based Conservatives -I’d support gun control if it were racist and you should too -The sudden rise of open antisemitism was actually orchestrated by the Jews
