Our publication in JACC Interv: From FAVOR III China, achieving functional complete revasc (FCR) was associated with lower adjusted rates of death, MI and TVR c/w incomplete revasc. FCR was more likely to be achieved with QFR (angioFFR) guidance than angio guidance alone.

Revascularisation guided by QFR appears to be a reasonable option in patients with intermediate lesions suitable for QFR analysis.

Our paper regarding prognostic value of QFR derived PPG is out @JAHA_AHA .It’s interesting that even high post-PCI QFR achieved with successful PCI, those with low pre-PCI QFR-PPG(physiological diffuse disease) still have high TVF risk. @EGallinoro @ColletCarlos @WestraJelmer
Poor prognosis of diffuse atherosclerosis, represented by low QFR-based PPG, may not be reversed by successful PCI. @DrNengDai @BoXu86200483 #AHAJournals ahajrnls.org/3MCtaQZ
