⚠️ IF YOU'RE UNDER 30, DO NOT BUY A HOUSE RIGHT NOW. HERE'S WHY
Step 1: The US started a WAR with Iran. Trump said it could last 5 WEEKS. Today is Day 232.
Step 2: Iran is STILL attacking ships in the Strait of Hormuz. A RECORD 12 in ONE week. 2 sunk in 24 hours.
Step 3: Oil already hit $144/barrel in April. It's STILL above $100.
Step 4: When oil goes up, EVERYTHING goes up. Gas. Food. Shipping. Construction materials. EVERYTHING. Diesel is up 68%.
Step 5: Inflation is BACK. US CPI just jumped to 3.7%. Bank of England rate HIKE odds are at 93%.
Step 6: Inflation returned, so central banks CAN'T cut rates. The Fed already RAISED them for the first time in 3 years.
Step 7: Higher rates = higher mortgage rates. US 30-year: 7.40%, a 3-year high. UK 5-year fix: 6%. 8% is next.
Step 8: Higher mortgage rates = people CAN'T afford payments. Forced sellers FLOOD the market. New pending home sales already down 8.5%.
Step 9: $2 TRILLION has already been wiped from US chip stocks in ONE week. People are LOSING their down payments in the market crash.
Step 10: South Korea's stock market just crashed -8% and TRIGGERED A CIRCUIT BREAKER. Japan -5%. Indonesia -8%, its worst day since 1998, trading HALTED.
Step 11: When stocks crash, layoffs follow. Tech. Finance. Real estate. Construction. ALL of them. The US added just 29,000 jobs in September.
Step 12: Laid off people with 7% mortgages they can barely afford? They SELL. At ANY price.
Step 13: Housing inventory SURGES. Prices DROP. 20%? 30%? In some markets — 50%.
This is EXACTLY what happened in 2008.
Oil spike → inflation → rate hikes → stock crash → layoffs → housing crash.
THE SAME SEQUENCE IS PLAYING OUT RIGHT NOW. Step by step. In real time.
If you have cash, SIT ON IT. The biggest buying opportunity of your lifetime is 12-24 months away.
If you just signed a mortgage at the top? I'm sorry.

I have a foreigner from Venezuela (probably 35 years old) who bought the 10 acre field next to mine (for $240,000)
He started a concrete company and requests payment in cash. His wife started a tax service and he is her “customer”.
He speaks very little English. His wife and crew speak no English.
He drives a brand new F-350 dually and is building what looks like a 3,000 sq ft home on his $240,000 lot.
Imagine that. You drop yourself into a country totally foreign to you. You have whatever money you scraped together before leaving your 3rd world shithole. You don’t speak the language and know only the other foreigners from your clan who arrived before you.
You want to start a business? That requires capital, advertising, business licensing, employees, a reputation.
You cannot tell me these people are doing this without serious help: preferred loans, grants, subsidies, tax avoidance.
I’ve started 3 businesses. One thing I’ll tell you is it has been like pulling teeth over the years getting a loan for ANYTHING when you own a small business, unless you have YEARS of solid tax returns to show.
But this guy someone got financed for raw land, plus a construction loan, probably $750,000 in total?
And it’s not just him. It seems like every brand new truck at the gas station is being driven by a foreigner with no English.
This is not envy. We are very clearly being invaded and someone is helping the enemy army with my tax dollars.
2 years ago I lost a very lucrative contract to a crew of Hispanic foreigners who we outperformed by every metric (including pricing), all because the customer’s management was also Hispanic foreigners.
But we’ve all held our nose because we were told they were all going home. What a crock of bullshit that was.
So yeah people are about to snap, and when they do it’s going to be biblical.
Just FYI as someone who works in consumer tech and sees a whole lot of conversations online daily: people are starting to snap. Between the price of everything and being surrounded by these foreigners who don't belong here who are somehow better off than our own people who are struggling and the politicians who are enriching themselves and kissing Israel's ass on TV all day people have had enough. It's a pressure cooker out there.

🚨The GameStop Crime Scene!🚨
Why does this persistent market manipulation against GameStop matter?
Exchange Act §9(a)(2): You can't make a series of trades that create real or apparent trading activity, or push the price up or down, to get other people to buy or sell. Dumping shares just to knock the price down falls here.
If a hedge fund or market maker were lending out the same shares to multiple people, or purposely failing to deliver a GME share so that they can create sell pressure without having to actually settle the trade, that is clearly illegal.
Exchange Act §9(a)(1): This bans wash trades (trading with yourself) and matched orders that make a stock look more actively traded than it is.
It is clear at this point that the seemingly different entities involved with shorting and distorting GameStop are coordinating, which makes them really just one entity and so the shuffling around of obligations is just wash trading.
Exchange Act §10(b) and SEC Rule 10b-5: These ban fraud schemes, false statements, and misleading omissions connected to buying or selling securities. That covers "short and distort," where someone shorts a stock and then spreads false rumors or a misleading report to drive it down. It also covers a short report that hides the author plans to cover right after publishing.
How many news agencies were part of the coordinated effort to make GameStop look bad? How many of them said the GameStop eBay deal was impossible when really it was just a straightforward offer backed by one of the largest banks in the world. What is impossible about that? The only honest thing those news agencies could have said about the deal that was negative was that there are loopholes in the regulatory system that would allow corrupt eBay executives the ability to make the deal very difficult which could make it take a long time to go through.
Look at the short interest of XRT which is being used for borrow locates to short GameStop. It has been over 400% for years. And somehow regulators never even looked into it? Looking at the chart you can see where they are shuffling the obligations to and what that does to the GME share price.
There are a lot of laws being broken by short sellers:
-Spoofing and layering: This means placing big sell orders you never plan to fill so the price drops, then canceling them. The SEC charges it under 9(a)(2) and 10b-5, and the Commodity Exchange Act makes it a crime in futures markets.
-FINRA Rule 2020: Brokers and other FINRA members can't use manipulative or deceptive devices.
-Regulation SHO, Rule 203(b): Before you short, your broker has to have reasonable grounds to believe the shares can be borrowed. This is called the "locate" requirement.
-Reg SHO Rule 204: When a short sale fails to deliver, brokers have to close it out quickly, generally by the start of trading on the day after settlement (T+1).
-Rule 10b-21: It's fraud to lie about your intent or ability to deliver shares and then fail to deliver. This is the main rule against naked shorting.
-Reg SHO Rule 201: If a stock falls 10% or more in a day, short sales for the rest of that day and all of the next can only be made above the current best bid. This is the short-sale "circuit breaker."
Regulation M, Rule 105: If you short a stock in the restricted period before a secondary offering, usually 5 business days, you can't buy shares in that offering.
The SEC can impose civil fines, make you give up your profits, and bar you from the industry, and investors can sue you. Willful securities fraud can also be charged as a crime, with up to 20 years in prison. And now Hester Peirce is out of the SEC which means that the criminals likely can no longer be shielded.
Is this what was always meant by “No Cell No Sell?” Were we just supposed to buy and hold until the crimes against GameStop were prosecuted? Either way, here we are with the stage set to actually hold the criminals accountable for years of crimes against GameStop and the rest of the stock market.
What are the actionable damages claims GameStop can now make?
When GameStop originally issued the convertible notes back in 2025, they had an initial conversion price of $29.85 per share for the 2030 notes and $28.91 per share for the 2032. Under the original 2025 rules, if the stock had hit $29–$30, noteholders would have simply traded their debt certificates for shares. GameStop had to pay $358.4 million in physical cash out of their treasury to stop the equity dilution from spiraling. The new VWAP deal also cost shareholders an extra 10.1 million shares in dilution.
The other claim is about the GameStop warrants which easily could have raised $1.9 billion for the company, which could be used to add shareholder value.
It is clear there is a Judgement Day coming, the only question is whether it will be through a legal case or through a move to blockchain.
If a lot of money through a lawsuit came to GameStop, the eBay acquisition would be easier and more of that value would go to shareholders. If it is a move to blockchain, like GameStop issuing its own tokenized shares and then buying the shares on the regular stock exchange back, it would force true price discovery and the resulting elevated GME price would require a lot less shares in the stock portion of the eBay acquisition, meaning GameStop shareholders would get more value from the acquisition.
It has been a very long journey with GameStop, but it looks like it will be well worth the wait! LFG!🚀
GameStop Warrants: Extension, Repricing, or RICO?
It would make sense that better than extending the warrants, since the bonds were already repriced, that the warrants would be repriced as well...but when you actually look at all the blatant manipulation against $GME to prevent the warrants from being in the money and GameStop raising $1.9 billion, I think there is a pretty clear legal case.
In 2026 only 22% of the trading days didn't have either XRT or GMEU on regsho, which was not an accident. Ryan Cohen did say he is fine with the market just sorting itself out, so maybe we will just see a catalyst soon and the warrants will be far into the money. For good or for bad people on both sides of this trade have all fukt around and are about to find out!🚀
