Detroit Pistons‘ Christian Wood has tested positive for coronavirus, sources tell @TheAthleticNBA @Stadium. Wood had 30 and 11 rebounds against Rudy Gobert on Saturday night before a career-high 32 on Wednesday. Sources say Wood has shown no symptoms and is doing well.

Interesting. But keep in mind, we don’t know if the child got it from Rudy or someone else or even if Rudy got it from the child, etc. We make a lot of assumptions, but there are many possibilities when we are all in contact with tons of people. + latency and asymptotic window

For decades the @CDCgov looked at, and studied, its testing system, but did nothing about it. It would always be inadequate and slow for a large scale pandemic, but a pandemic would never happen, they hoped. President Obama made changes that only complicated things further.....
