Grateful to be able to share a part of my story! Even more grateful to be making a return to international netty this year 👀❤️. I’ve worked so so hard behind the scenes!

My biggest thing as an athlete… just after discipline, is accountability. Personal accountability, before holding anyone else accountable. I feel soooo much better after this morning’s session. Thanks coachman.
I haven’t been active on here since 2024. Think I shared 1 post in 2025 and left. But @jeremypeterrich I only came back because I heard you named your fantasy netball team after me! I laughed until my belly hurt! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I love the idea that we want more netball. But🥹! This also means Qualifiers every other year as well right? For countries like 🇹🇹, that’s a major major financial problem.
BREAKING NEWS: @WorldNetball_ has announced that the Netball World Cup will be played every two years starting from 2027. And we will also see the introduction of a Men's World Cup.

Celebrated my 29th 🎂 yesterday and I feel like such an adult 😩😂. I feel well rested and like I've ticked everything off my list I wanted to ❤️. Maybe I'll make a comeback 😅 – at Trinidad and Tobago
Hey @jeremypeterrich . Just saying hello and that I hope all is well. I like checking in with old friends from time to time ❤️
Are there still 2 spots for import players? 🥹.
Sending love to all affected and and extra 💚 to the Dragons.
I haven't been on here for so long! Life update. I've completed my Masters (MBA Digital Marketing), and I've opened a physical store for my hair business (HAIR ON Q). Hope everyone is doing well ♥️ – at Trinidad and Tobago

A lot of y'all are surprised by my response. 🤣. If you know me well enough... Those in charge are always nervous when I'm interviewed because of how VERY HONEST I am. P.s Still waiting for an update on my £240 that was stolen!

The excitement on @QuandaNoel's face when we told her it's only two weeks to go until the @NetballWorldCup ✌️
