Notes from someone who writes, builds, experiments, and sometimes changes her mind.
Some stints in web3, a past life in 9-to-5, now a first-time entrepreneur with plenty of creative detours and side-quests.
If that makes sense to you, welcome.
Why do I keep looking at food videos knowing full well I can't afford those meats in this economy?!?
GM,
If your friend is celebrating their birthday on Halloween, but they don't celebrate Halloween, would you still show up in a costume?
Anybody else's feet start moving like an annoyed cat's tail when someone isn't getting to the point fast enough?
Hot take:
The algorithms are reducing us to 1-dimensional beings.
I write a bit
I have a travel company
I like web3
Love trying new foods
And when I like 1 guinea pig post, this doesn't mean I want to see only guinea pig posts! ..they're cute though..

Is anybody else also sooo happy when they found a good food deal or am I the only one who genuinely gets excited about it?
Dinner, cause I couldn't find a good deal to order a meal and this bun was still in my freezer.
New trend: restaurants asking for a minimum order of 35 euros.. 🙄 is that a Netherlands thing or is this the same in other countries?
Random hot take that should be common:
Translations of names in books should be punishable by ...I dunno... something.

Give kindness towards strangers.
Have humility and civility...
I'm begging you, please lean into these old-school values. Kindness to yourself leads to kindness to others … we need to stop listening to those who want us to “hate”
❤️❤️❤️‼️‼️‼️
I don't like to be accidentally rude, but when someone knocks at my hotelroom door in Cambodia and almost steps in without me telling them it's okay because they want to "check the water", I'm saying "no".
The men looked surprised at my refusal to let them in and tried to look into the room. My water works fine, so "no".
Now they probably find me very rude😬. Was I?
