Pinned Tweet
W e l l, it's been months since I've gone onto Twitter, life has been very busy for me and I see that... Things have occured..
Anyway, here's a possible final update?
I was originally planning to make a new acc as I have new plans, but due to recent events, I'm unsure
If Twitter ends up improving itself in the future then I'll be much more active on here for sure!
For this account specifically, I will be locking it and eventually deleting all tweets as deactivating allows my @ to be up for grabs.
This acc will eventually be inactive
Ngl, as much as I hated the environment during secondary school.
I do miss the whole studying, timetable, lesson plan aspect of it all.
Probably bcos this was when my ADHD was far easier to manage and I crave that amount of control back.
But also stationary 🤌
"ppl will laugh at you irl for calling yourself a bi lesbian"
For more than a year now, I've been wearing a jacket with bi pins/badges & lesbian pins/badges
I've yet to hear a peep, & honestly I really don't care if ppl mock me for it?
Ppl mock me for simply being queer so 😗
So much label discourse just goes down to.
"I percieve your use of queer labels as a threat to my own usage, I feel like you're dictating my identity, therefore I will dictate ur queerness & you must listen to me because you're the threat, not me"
Which sounds very familiar 🤔
If your first response to seeing a post/comic about not policing other queer people's identities is to go
"Is this about bi lesbians" or "this excludes bi lesbians" or "UnLESS it's X"
Then you missed the point and you should spend less time on socmed label discourse.
One of the most harmful things exclus sapphics spread across young queer twt, is that the lesbian separatist movement was just "Bi women were erased and just wanted their own spaces!"
it's gotten to the point this is seen as truth, & the actual reality is now "bi lesbian lies"

As of right now, this is all I can think of off the top of my head based on my own experiences!
Once again, this is just advice & you should work out what work best for YOU!
If you want to add more advice, please do! I know I've likely missed out some good advice, so pls share!
