@FlySWISS why can I use a discount voucher in Euro on a flight booked in CHF, but I am unable to use a refund voucher in CZK? After an hour on the phone to you I was told it is impossible to use a voucher in a different currency This is beyond stupid.

is it normal for @easyJet @easyJet_press to completely ignore complaints? Says on the website they'll reply in 7 days. Logged a complaint 3 weeks ago and still don't have a reply. Even had to ask for action on a compensation claim that was a week overdue. Pathetic service.
