Happy Fry-Day! Quick history about Floyd of Rosedale. Minnesota!! GO HAWKS!! #iowahawkeyes #iowafootball #GoHawks
Coach Bill Snyder was hard on me when I was at Iowa. Later what I realized was, sometimes, the ones that are the hardest on us, are the ones who care the most. #iowahawkeyes #hawkeyefootball #GoHawks
My biggest game and one of my favorite memories being a Hawkeye was when we played Northwestern my senior year. #iowahawkeyes #Gohawks #Hawkeyefootball
Happy Fry-Day! I remember the 1st time I traveled to an away game. I almost missed the bus. When I got on, Coach Fry looked at me over those aviator sunglasses. I thought my heart was going to be out of my chest! Lesson learned!😂 #iowahawkeyes #GoHawks #haydenfry
This is the story of how I was a kid from NY, who ended up playing football at Iowa and somehow landed in the NFL. #iowahawkeyes #Gohawks #NfL
Congrats to the CCHS Dons on a great CIF OPEN victory vs Carlsbad! Proud of those boys! A highlight 4 me was seeing my former teammate Bill legend, and brother Andre Read at the game! @CCHSAthletics @cchsdons @CiFsandiego #BillsMafia #bufallobills #rolldons

In 2013 my mother passed away from Alzheimer’s. she asked to have her book about our family history published so that’s what I did. I started the Ann Early Intervention Foundation 501(C)3 in her name. Proceeds go towards Alzheimer’s research.

What an amazing couple of weeks! I got to celebrate with my Hawkeye teammates for our 1985 big 10 championship And last night I had the honor of being inducted into the Nassau community high school athletic Hall of Fame in NY A true honor @LegacyHawks @HawkeyeFootball #gohawks
Yesterday I attended our 40th anniversary of our big 10 Championship football season. We were the number one team for most of the 1985 season. So great to visit with the great players, coaches and staff. Many of which I haven’t seen in many years. @LegacyHawks #GoHawks
Had lunch today with one of my favorite people. My coach, mentor and friend. NFL hall of famer Charlie Joiner! @nfl #HallOfFame #NFL @BuffaloBills @BuffaloFAMbase @chargers #losangeleschargers
Today my heart is heavy over the loss of one of my best friends. Kerry Burt was my Hawkeye brother and one of the best people I’ve ever known. The world has lost a good one. Love you brother! @HawkeyeFootball @LegacyHawks #iowahawkeyes #Gohawks
