Ah, Rousanne! One of our favorite varietals. A late ripening variety, it produces white wines with strong scents of fresh flowers, peaches, herbal tea, pears, and spices. These wines tend to have a thicker texture often described as silky or even slightly oily.
Our limited production 2021 Rousanne looks like liquid gold and feels like drinking a tropical cocktail on a beach. Expect aromas of pineapple, chamomile, cantaloupe, and petrichor, followed by tastes of mango, pineapple, starfruit, honeydew, key lime pie, and limestone.
