Enjoyed an afternoon in London seeing friends and visiting Dear Earth at the @haywardgallery 🌍 “We are part of nature, not outside of it. What we do to Earth, we do to ourselves”

Excellent video by @DNDi bringing together voices from Kenya 🇰🇪, Colombia 🇨🇴 & India 🇮🇳 describing the impact of the #NTD #Leishmaniasis, a disease with limited, unpleasant treatments, and their #HopeForLeishmaniasis: new, safe, oral treatments. youtube.com/watch?v=mGkCxo1J…
📢 Public service announcement 📢 If you can put out some water in a shallow container it can go a long way to help the smaller creatures out there 🐸🐤 Likewise if you have younger, smaller untended street trees nearby, they might appreciate some water too 🌲

Replying to @grosem
37km / 23 miles in 2hr51 (with some pauses for photo stops and directions)... miscalculated the route slightly as it would have been a full marathon so had to cut a corner off the Thames path on the return and ended up following a bit more of the London marathon route
Misty run along the Thames - Battersea to Greenwich and back #london #marathontraining

20 miler along the Thames from Battersea Park to Chiswick bridge and back again. Lots of rowing crews out - definitely overtaken by @CUBCsquad a couple of times! #ukrunchat #theboatrace
Long run along the Thames from Wandsworth to Richmond including a spin around @richmondparkrun. View from Wandsworth Park one of my favourites in London. 5 weeks left of #marathontraining until @bostonukmaraton (the UK one!) #ukrunchat @UKRunChat
Been a while but great to be back volunteering with @claphamparkrun - 535 runners, joggers and walkers made it 5km around Clapham Common this morning including plenty of first timers. Did my own 5km straight after, 21km #marathon training run tomorrow #ukrunchat #parkrun
