My bipartisan FULL HOUSE Act has passed through committee, bringing us one step closer to restoring the full gambling loss deduction that I have been fighting for over the past year.
This is a major step forward for Nevada, our gaming economy, and the workers and families who depend on it. People should not be taxed on money they never actually earned.
I will keep fighting to get this through the House and signed into law.

It’s packed with sports betting info, tips, and the lessons I learned the hard way (so hopefully you don’t have to). Including gambling twitter favorites: To tout or not to tout, the great CLV debate, money management; and perhaps most importantly a look at the crossroads of sports betting and mental health.
The first two chapters are mostly betting 101-esque but the tout talk and the mental health parts in particular provide a unique perspective from someone who’s been in the game a long time.
