Supporters of Karim Khan, the ousted International Criminal Court prosecutor, tried to change the subject from his misconduct to Israel. "Palestinian representatives were quick to push back on that narrative. 'The vote...to remove the Prosecutor was not a political proxy vote on any Situation before the ICC,'" a Palestinian ambassador said. "Khan’s removal will have no immediate impact on the arrest warrants [for Israeli officials] which can only be withdrawn by ICC judges."
