ALT Large crowd surrounding the building potentially targeted by racist and Islamophobic protests today in Brighton. A flat from Brighton Trades council in foreground and in the middle distance a handmade sign saying refugees welcome.
ALT Sian Berry with an anti racist protestor with a handmade pink sign saying Fascists out, fabulous in!
ALT Green councillors Ollie Sykes and Pete West in the crowd with a sign saying ‘Greens against fascism. Hatred and fear not welcome here’ with a graphic of two hands grasped in unity among the Green Party logo petal circle.
ALT On the left, text saying "How it started" above a photo of Nigel Farage, MP for Clacton, in front of his "Breaking Point" poster, an anti-migrant poster from eight years ago that was reported to the police for inciting racial hatred. On the right, text saying "How it's going" above a photo of a hotel housing asylum seekers in Rotherham, barricaded and set on fire by racist right-wing rioters. Additionally, there is a photo of a person in Sheffield holding the St George's Cross England flag and doing the Sieg Heil salute. Both photos are from today.
