Possibly one of the most profound statements in the book, from a foundational rationale perspective, resonates with leaders, employees, students, teachers, and sports coaches alike. The spirit of the team can be monumental in its success. #Reflexivity from @RBIPodcast comes to mind.
Beliefs shape actions → actions change the actual situation → the new situation changes people’s beliefs → which then change their actions again… and so on.
