My last CTF is over. (with Cold Fusion) We even took 4th this year! That's all thanks to my teammates. On paper I was the captain, but Cold Fusion was literally a fusion of many teams. I want to use this space to thank the leaders and members of each team who quietly committed themselves to these competitions, seen or not. And everyone who passed through the team too. I threw the team together just to somehow make it to DEF CON, so it still surprises me that we made finals every year. It feels like yesterday that I was thinking "let's just get there once." Being able to run a team this good for three years and getting to compete was such a good experience. I don't know about next year, but I hope someone who still wants to do CTF picks up Cold Fusion and keeps it going. Maybe that's asking too much.
