More images to come from the Royse City ISD Leadership Retreat, but this image started a 2 day event for campus and district leaders. Taking time to genuinely know those who serve alongside one another and dreaming big for students and staff in 2023-2024. #PurposeDriven #RCISDJoy

People underestimate being a “fit” when looking for jobs & they overestimate qualifications.
Fit is directly linked to success in a role.
You may be qualified for it, but that doesn’t mean you are right for a job.
Our work is too hard not to be where you belong.

Note-Taking Stations 📝 ✍️ Have you taught your students how? If you haven't, it's a lesson that will last a lifetime.
