If you prefer burial over cremation, respect Japan’s laws and local communities when making those arrangements.
Don’t eat pork if you don’t want to. Nobody is forcing you to.
But don’t expect an entire country to change its traditions to accommodate your religious preferences.
Respect Japanese culture. Don’t impose your beliefs on others. And don’t demand privileges while ignoring the responsibilities that come with living here.
