We can’t believe it’s been almost two weeks since the end of #AirAndSpaceCamp!✈️ Over the course of the week, the QAIs delivered specialist aerospace training to support the activities held at both RAF Syerston and RAF Wittering! #aircadets #rafacnasc @2ftsCamp

I'm delighted to say we have achieved 40 gliders in the Forward Available Fleet (usable aircraft out of 52), which is up from 14 (from 48!) when I took Command in 2019. Many thanks to Serco/CAMO/DT/DO for this collective success. Aiming for 45-47 in the FAF by end of the year.

Last Sunday, the Wing ran its first Aerospace Course of 2023, to increase the knowledge of our Cadets in basic Aerospace concepts & procedures who successfully showed their ability to conduct pre/post flight checks, taxi, take-off & land & flew multiple circuits in a simulator.
