Alliance of All Ex Para-Military Forces Welfare Association welcomes the revocation of suspension of Sh B C Patra DIG CRPF. It was a hastily taken step against such an excellent and decorated officer without any substance and it had very demoralising effect on our cadre officers.
Though the government has hastily passed the CAPF (General Administration) Act 2026 nullifying the judgement of the Apex court, yet the Supreme Court feels that CAPF officers are capable & should not be treated separately. Their career interests need be protected in all fairness.

11 जनवरी, 2023 को दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने अपने फैसले में सभी केंद्रीय पैरा-मिलिट्री फोर्सेस को ‘भारत संघ के सशस्त्र बल’ माना और सरकार को सभी CAPF जवानों, अधिकारियों को ओल्ड पेंशन स्कीम (OPS) के दायरे में लाने का निर्देश दिया था।
हमारी मांग है कि सेना की तर्ज पर CAPF कर्मियों को OPS दी जाए।
लोकसभा में केन्द्रीय सशस्त्र पुलिस बल (सामान्य प्रशासन) विधेयक, 2026 पर चर्चा के दौरान।
