UPDATE: Just read that the ESC Periop Updated Guidelines will be presented at their meeting on August 29th. Looking forward to see ho they incorporated the new studies on exercise capacity, biomarkers, and risk calculators - also PCI/DAPT recommendations. Stay tuned.

I especially remember a clinic session in which she showed me her algorithm for changing HIV meds in a way a 3rd year could understand, but then in that same clinic gaining a patient’s trust, eliciting a dangerous social situation and getting her (and her child) to a shelter – at Hershey, PA
