@bbcbreakfast Can the Technology Secretary Peter Kyle comment on reports that Wiki is threatening to partially block UK IP addresses? Many websites are blocking UK IP addresses because they do not have the resources to implement the age verification systems to avoid fines.

So 3 cars through a red light on W Strand southbound controlled crossing yesterday 9am. One went through a full 5 secs after the red light and green man was visible. Time for red light cameras @LancashireCC ? @LancsPolice would catch a fair number jumping these lights at peak.

Nearly run down by an e-biker on the cyclops junc, Broadgate. I was in the pedestrian part, he was not on the cycle lane. When is the issue of e-bikes being an outright danger to other road users going to be tackled within the city? @LancashireCC @prestoncouncil @PrestonPolice
50 minutes from Freckleton to Penwortham at the moment, all of 8 miles. The Docks are rammed and Google thought I was walking. What a joke the traffic is in Preston. Could be a combination of the M6 closure and returning holiday traffic perhaps…
And here are the proposals for the A582 towards Farington and Lostock Hall. This replaces the dualling project which remains an ‘aspiration’ as well as the Ribble crossing.
Plans have been unveiled to overhaul a series of junctions on one of the busiest routes between South Ribble and Preston after a previous vision to create a new dual carriageway was abandoned.
