Its simple for decades less movement has been better. It’s easier to receive and the perception is better easier for Umpire to call the correctly. Now we have gurus that think moving the glove more is the answer. It’s the secret sauce every single night we see it’s not!

Geeks are finally realizing what baseball men have known for over 150 years. Their “cutting edge” theories are finally being proved correct by AI, data, and algos. Brett Butler, Kenny Lofton, Juan Pierre, Rafael Furcal, and Mickey Mantle proved it years ago. #ROXstradamus

After Separation, when you have a direct path or A to B swing. This allows you to cover different pitches. This is a slider in ‘24 WS that Teo is able to hammer. When Teo is on, there’s not many prettier Right Handed swings in #MLB.

Disagreeing w/ @AROD is like a Car Mechanic telling a World Renowned Heart Surgeon, you don’t know how to operate on the Heart. Alex knows after you get separation, that’s how you start the swing. His lower half & gravity are a natural factor. This is how you create consistent, hard contact against high velocity & movement. Listen to the experts that have faced that type of pitching.

Like him or not, this is how you hit. This guy hit for average and power. Teach this type of hitting again and the game will be better. It will be more exciting, it will be a much better offensive product. Thank you Alex.

Junior Caminero said he was being replaced by Caballero late in games because of his defense. So he asked why. When he got the answer, he started showing up early to work with the infield coach. If you’re not playing, don’t blame it on the coach. Ask. Then get to work.

Dwight Gooden’s radar gun said 95 MPH. Mason Miller’s says 103 MPH. I synced both clips to release and again when the ball hits the catcher’s glove. It’s going to be hard to convince me that Doc Gooden was only throwing 95 here. Different era. Different radar technology. But visually? That baseball is getting there in a hurry. 95 vs. 103… you tell me. 👀🔥

"Bases are acceleration devices, not just landmarks." — Yuji Kaneko (2x NPB stolen base champ) Yuji's key takeaways: 1) Don't stutter-step to match a foot—hit the bag naturally. 2) Push off bag to launch into turn. 3) Round wide early to finish straight.
