A major incident doesn’t come with a warning. That’s why exercises like this one matter. @Norfolkfire ran Exercise Ravenhurst at the Old Hellesdon Hospital site in Norwich this week, a large-scale training event putting crews through their paces across a full operational scenario. For the firefighters involved, it was a long and demanding day. Keeping teams sustained through that kind of exercise is where RRT can help, and our Norwich volunteers were delighted to serve gourmet burger meals to crews throughout. The better prepared they are, the safer our communities are. Thank you, Norfolk FRS. #rrtcares

Every young person entering construction deserves support from the very start. This week marked the official launch of a new mental health awareness programme at @Dudley_College, developed by @MatesInMind and the @WestMids_CA to equip construction apprentices with the confidence to look out for themselves and each other. RRT Birmingham volunteers were honoured to serve coffee and cakes as this important initiative got underway. #rrtcares #MatesInMind

What does it mean to feel appreciated? For A&E staff across the UK, it might just be a coffee, a cake, and a moment to breathe. These are the people who show up through the longest shifts and the hardest moments — caring for others when they need it most. They deserve to feel valued. Every single week, not just this one. RRT volunteers are out at hospitals nationwide today, honoured to play a small part in saying thank you 💙 #AandEAppreciationWeek #ThankYouAandE #rrtcares #ClapforA&E

Behind every smile is someone who's been shown a little kindness. For the nurses on long shifts, the firefighters on the front line, the officers keeping communities safe - sometimes a warm drink and a friendly face is all it takes to lift the day and that's what RRT volunteers show up to do. Happy World Smile Day 😊 #rrtcares #RapidReliefTeam #WorldSmileDay
