In response to our highest call volume days, call center hours are extended from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday to help claimants with questions about their claim.

Wait times on the phone are better on Tuesday, but the call volume is still high. We encourage you to try and call us later in the week when wait times are lower. To respond to the call demand we have extended the call center hours on Monday and Tuesday. (1/2)
