Hey @AskNationwide can I suggest that on your cards you maybe don’t put those raised dots directly lined up with the signature strip on the back? My signature is unrecognisable as a result of the six holes in the signature strip!

Discovery today is that @UPS can retrospectively change their tracking information. I’ve had one of two packages from @Philips go missing, today after being delayed for days, the tracking information has been changed to claim it was delivered with the first package. 🤯

Hey @ScotRail, a weird smartcard quirk. I booked one of the £17 Club 50 tickets via the website, that all worked and turned up in my account on the app, but it just wouldn’t load onto the card via the app. Popped into the station and after a long “Updating” loaded onto the card.

Hey @ScotRail - a quick bit of app feedback, just booked a ticket for an hours time in the app, the app says it can load onto a smartcard after five minutes, but it doesn’t offer a smartcard option for the ticket - I assume it’s applying the three hour limit for stations.

Have been using iMazing by @DigiDNA for years, but got switched to their new fixed number of devices pricing policy. Total pain - especially the hoops to change a phone after Apple have just replaced one of our phones under warranty and it’s referred to the sales team. 😡

I’m not sure how much @Edinburgh_CC spent on getting @bppulseuk to install the useless chargers at Ingliston Park and Ride, but surely after years they could either get them working reliably, or just replace them with chargers that do.

Urgh, a @ScotRail special this morning. The 7:44 to Waverley was short formed anyway due to a breakdown, but what turned up had one of the three carriages out of service because the heating in the middle coach of 170430 had failed. 🥶

Hey @Citymapper is there any way to correct the app when it has you on the wrong train - currently thinks I’m on a slow train that hasn’t left Edinburgh yet, so is notifying me of stations were not stopping at!

Hi @ScotRail do you have any idea when the broken smart card readers on Kinghorn station will be fixed, not working at all on the Edinburgh platform or by the ticket office, and the one by the Kirkcaldy bound platform is rejecting off peak all day tickets in peak times still.

Hey @scotrail - first time travelling on an off peak all day smartcard ticket and your platform validators came up “not valid” when I tried to tap in for a former peak time train. Guy in the ticket office not able to help.

Top tip, make sure you get the right @ScotRail smart card number when you buy a ticket, as it seems really difficult to change. Got a new smart card, accidentally set it to load a ticket to the old card, can’t change online, two attempts by customer service haven’t worked either.

Dear @Edinburgh_CC not sure how much taxpayer money you invested in these @bppulseuk chargers at Ingliston Park and Ride, but you were ripped off. At the third charger and with a fourteen minute call to @ChargePlaceScot I finally got a charge started.

Hey @LothianBB you’re not the first to bring full fibre broadband to Kinghorn - we’ve had it from @zeninternet since 2018. Appreciate yours is faster and symmetric, but are you seriously going to dig up our road again when we already have a FFTP network on our estate?
