Trying to watch the game on my phone on the way home from work but traffic is awful. Was stuck in a signal dead spot in Richmond for over 15 minutes. Missed the goal. Have been stuck in this town for over half an hour now. So tired.

I made hot honey and lemon as I have a cold. It’s gross. Added cinnamon. It’s hydrophobic. Got most of it stirred in. It’s still gross. Hope it works!!

Got to the bottom. So the cinnamon didn’t actually dissolve into the drink at all. It was just sat at the bottom.

🐾 I'm taking on 100 Miles in October for Dogs Trust! Every mile I walk will help dogs in need find the loving homes they deserve. I'd be so grateful for any support, big or small💛 events.dogstrust.org.uk/s/16…
