I do not like Mike Minogue. That much is crystal clear, but this is a very sad day for the @massgop. Heartbreaking actually.
The state party needs to undergo a major purge, and the culture needs to be turned on its head.

Mike Minogue will not get all of the Republican vote. Notwithstanding that, he would have whoever will listen believe that people across the Commonwealth are coming together to form this massive, popular movement to foster positive change and renewed prosperity.

.@Tweetorelli, are you really surprised? I told you that one of Minogue’s supporters wrote that I had “mad skillz”. She also stated that I was “an outlier” because I have an Ivy League education. Another one of his supporters wrote that I am probably “stealing EBT funds”. In addition, according to a friend, Minogue himself spoke with everyone at an event except him - He was the one person of color in the room. My friend told me that Minogue actually went out of his way *not* to talk to him.

What is absolutely hilarious is that the @massgop was quite dismissive of all of Dorchester until very recently. Their perception of this neighborhood largely changed only when Charlie Baker and Marty Walsh became friendly. Still, people should remember that many Republicans, including Jennifer Nassour, initially had no use for Walsh because of his union ties. 😡

Simon Pacheco, a transplant, still needs to answer why @MassDailyNews has refused to criticize Erin Murphy (@ErinforBoston) and why this blog has often featured attacks on members of the @BOSCityCouncil at the same time Murphy is feuding with them. This is not a coincidence. Is this, therefore, a question of extensive collaboration, or are Murphy and her sister trying to take #bospoli and #mapoli for mugs?
