Last week, 89 Ascot Racecourse colleagues came together to support a range of local charities and community organisations, dedicating their time, energy and skills to make a positive difference across our region.
Working alongside our community partners, teams took on a variety of hands-on projects, including cleaning, repairing, decorating and gardening, helping to enhance spaces and facilities that support local people every day.
From restoring essential equipment and refreshing outdoor areas to tackling practical improvement projects, colleagues rolled up their sleeves to transform tired and underused spaces into welcoming, functional environments for the communities they serve.
We are incredibly proud of everyone who volunteered throughout the week. In total, we racked up 470 volunteer hours – an equivalent of 67 volunteer days. Their enthusiasm, teamwork and commitment have made a tangible and lasting impact for local charities and the people they support.
Thank you to all our volunteers, and to the 15 fantastic organisations that welcomed us.

A big thank you to everyone involved in making this year’s week such a success, including @GBRacing, @BHAHorseracing, @RacingTogether, @careersinracing, @Ascot and to the many others who opened their doors or helped bring racing to new audiences.
