Beyond its encrypted NFT technology, @FungoLabs is also building an ecosystem around the $FUNGO token. One thing worth understanding is how the 10 billion FUNGO total supply is allocated. According to the published tokenomics, several allocations are directly connected to the Fungo and Zama communities. Here's a breakdown of three important allocations: 1. Fungo Genesis NFT holders 36% of the total supply, representing 3.6 billion FUNGO, is allocated to Genesis NFT holders. Each of the 3,232 Genesis NFTs receives 1,113,861 $FUNGO at TGE. 2. @zama OG holders 7% of the total supply, equivalent to 700 million FUNGO, is allocated to Zama OG NFT holders. 3. X Campaign 3% of the total supply, representing 300 million FUNGO, is dedicated to the X Campaign. This is particularly interesting for content creators because the campaign encourages participants to contribute meaningful posts about FungoLabs. Participants are required to connect their X accounts and submit their five best Fungo-related posts. The campaign leaderboard will be revealed after the campaign ends, with rewards distributed at TGE. Another detail worth knowing is that eligible participants can claim their allocation as regular $FUNGO or confidential cFUNGO. The team allocation is 10%, locked for 12 months before vesting over the following 36 months. What makes this ecosystem interesting is the combination of encrypted NFT technology, community participation and a token distribution that includes both Genesis NFT holders and Zama OG holders. Understanding the technology behind a project is just as important as understanding its tokenomics. That's why I'm paying attention to what @FungoLabs is building.

NFT auctions have an interesting challenge: how do you create a bidding process where participants can compete without exposing their strategies to everyone? @FungoLabs is approaching this through sealed-bid auctions powered by FHE technology. Here's how the process works. Participants choose the price they are willing to pay and how many NFTs they want. Before the bids leave their browsers, the price and quantity are encrypted. While bidding remains open, other participants and even the project team cannot see the actual bid details. Once the auction closes, the system reveals bids and ranks them from highest to lowest. The lowest winning bid that fills the available supply determines the final sale price. One important detail is that every winner pays the same final price, rather than paying their individual bid amount. For example, someone who bids 15,000 cZAMA for an NFT could receive a refund if the final clearing price is 10,000 cZAMA. The allocation also accounts for bids at the exact clearing price, which may receive a proportional share if demand exceeds the remaining supply. There are important rules to understand: bids are binding, cannot be withdrawn, and include a small, non-refundable encrypted bidding fee. This approach makes the auction mechanism particularly interesting because it combines encrypted bidding with a common final price. Privacy during bidding, transparent settlement afterwards.
