This is what ultimately separates the good from the great.
Standards matter.
Building culture is the #1 job of a coach.
The standards you define set the course for all that comes after.
1. Culture is what you allow.
2. Culture is what you emphasize
3. Culture is every day.
It’s GAME DAY! The Rockets travel to Medford tonight for a Gopher Conference match up. See you there 🚀

Effective leadership is not about having all the answers, it's about asking the right questions. Challenge your team to think deeper, dream bigger, and grow stronger. The best coaches know how to unlock the potential within their players.
she's kind of a big deal🤩

Rio Severson (@rio_severson) was named the next Randolph girls basketball (@RandolphHoops) head coach this summer after the retirement of Dennis Trom. Severson has spent the last few years as an assistant for the Rockets & ran the offense this past year. tinyurl.com/ycxc8ws6

Fantastic write-up on “The Legend,” Coach Trom 🚀
Randolph girls basketball (@RandolphHoops) head coach Dennis Trom announced his retirement from the hardwood in May after 11 years. He leaves behind a legacy of having elevated the program & sits as the program's leader in wins, season wins & winning %. tinyurl.com/mtfd3j6e

High school basketball isn't just about winning games. It's about teaching young athletes valuable life lessons that will stay with them long after they leave the court. Remember, you're not just coaching players, you're shaping future leaders. #LifeLessons #HighSchoolBasketball
