Definitely one of my top 10 LDS critic misses.
The heart of this argument lies the assumption: “My preferred interpretation of this short phrase means exactly what I think it means, and I don't need to consult context, surrounding scripture, or the actual teachings of the faith I'm critiquing before declaring the entire religion false.”
The Internet age has been terrible… 🤣

The internet age was bad for mormonism because now anyone with half a brain can decipher that it was a scam.
I’m a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I know God the Eternal Father lives and loves me. His Son, Jesus Christ, is my Savior, and because of what He has accomplished, I can return to live with my Father again.
I am forever grateful to know who I am. As a child of God, I have infinite worth and potential.
It is incomprehensible to my finite mind to to fully grasp at the effort that my God and your God works to tirelessly bring us closer to Him. He wants all of us, all of His children, to return to
His presence and become joint heirs with Christ.

Ok, now I'll tell you why you have no claim to Christ. With Satan's help you stole names and fragment from the Bible, completely destroyed the narrative and invented a false religion which appeals to your satanic pride and wilful ignorance. You'll either repent or youll go to hell
