Just created the event page for my next conference: the First Annual Max Stirner Symposium! It'll be taking place this April. Please retweet!

The cry that I launch is that of the great German rebel, Max Stirner.

Voltaire has some excellent lines but the book the bot draws from isn't that big and so the bot has probably repeated everything its going to say. Unlike Voltairine, who definitely has most of her greatest content ahead of her.

Makhno is a bit limited in variety. Nietzsche is vast in his oeuvre, and will probably be the biggest bot eventually, though he can be a bit wordy for Twitter. Wittgenstein is a born tweeter, but (outside the Tractatus tweets) most often spreads his argument out over many lines.

Since this post, I've made
Voltairine de Cleyre: @randomcleyre
Friedrich Nietzsche: @randomnietzsche
Novatore & Stirner are the most fun of them as they write pithy, sweeping sentences all the time. Sartre is the worst as he's completely incomprehensible out of context.
Replying to @Friedegger
4- I've also made various philosophy and anarchist bots that randomly tweet lines from the work of dead thinkers. So far I've done:
Wittgenstein @AllWittgenstein
Sartre @randomsartre
Voltaire @VPDictionary
Stirner @RandomStirner
Makhno @RandomMakhno
Novatore @RandomNovatore

And France once kindled, the peoples of other nations will likewise rise; and this monster, “the State,” which is everywhere devouring liberty, will be annihilated.

~NEW BOT ALERT~
I put together a Voltairine de Cleyre bot. It will eventually tweet the complete works of Voltairine de Cleyre (in no particular order).

Alternatively, if you don't gel with the analytical school, there's always the entirety of Sartre's Being and Nothingness, which is difficult enough to parse when it's in its original order. xitter.cf/randomsartre/status/13…

If you prefer the more philosophical end, then there's the Wittgenstein bot, which has just about the complete works of Wittgenstein, who is always concise: xitter.cf/AllWittgenstein/status…

The Makhno bot is also in this anarchist twitter bot series. He's not as poetic as the other two, but often speaks on tense historical encounters. xitter.cf/randommakhno/status/13…

If you like this, you're probably already following the Max Stirner bot. Stirner was a philosophical influence on Novatore, though the latter took his ideals out of the cafe and into hiding with a Browning Rifle. xitter.cf/RandomStirner/status/1…

I've thrown together another twitter bot: this one tweeting the complete works of Renzo Novatore, an anarchist militant poet who was killed by the Carabinieri a month after Mussolini's march on Rome.

As a treat to the handful of anarchists who follow me due to the @randomstirner bot, I've created @randommakhno, for snippets of Makhno's writings.
