NEWS: The Big Ten chancellors and presidents are adopting facets of what’s in the Protect College Sports act, in what the league says is the bill’s “anticipated passage.” This includes a cap of athletic spending of $49 million per institution on athletes. Per the release Big Ten conference-level rule limits institutional involvement in arranging third-party NIL agreements to a maximum of $27.5 million per member institution. (That's permitted by the House Injunctive Relief Settlement).

🚨 THE HEISMAN NUMBERS ARE GETTING CRAZY. 🏆
Mensah through 7: 81.4% completion, 22 TDs, 1 INT. Better completion % than Burrow, Daniels, Young & Mendoza at this point. More yards and TDs than last year's winner. Only 2019 Burrow had a better start.
Toney through 7: 66 catches, 952 yards, 11 TDs. DeVonta Smith had 65 catches, 903 yards & 11 TDs at this point when he won it.

They also have the most electric wide receiver in College Football in Malachi Toney, who leads the nation in receptions (66) and just had 194 yards & 3 TDs on Saturday vs. Pitt.
