👮"I was first made aware of Rank Success after being recommended to listen to your Spotify 🎧podcasts by my inspector.. 🔹🔹 👂🏻🚘💡I did this every day to & from work for about 6 months. I downloaded your promotion 🎬masterclass video & can only describe it all as being a HUGE confidence boost ready for my board. 🏁 It was my 1st time going for promotion & I really didn’t know what to expect. Your knowledge of the general process, structure & acronyms made me feel much better about the upcoming board. 🤙📞☀️ I received amazing news that I’d passed! 🎉 A massive thank you Steve, your resources are invaluable & I would highly recommend..”

🚨🎉"The workshop reinforced a belief I had that I should be aiming to be number 1 & to try & smash the board rather than stumble across the line. What worked was the emphasis on prepping for the interview & the guidance & tips for revising”- Mark, 🎯passed Sgt board 🚨🎉“I passed my SGT board! I came out of there & felt like I had over prepared! A very reassuring feeling! Thank you so much for all of your help. Despite having limited time to prepare for the interview, you gave me the confidence & knowledge to walk into the interview room with all of the detail I required  - enabling me to stand out from the rest”- Emma 🎯 🚨🎉 “Helped to crystallise how much work I needed to do... I specifically remember the points ..aim to be the best instead of having a ‘just getting through’ mindset & comparison with how much I had to prep for passing the exam….this helped me get into the right gear”-Farhat, passed Sgt board 🎯

👮‍♂️🚔🚨A bigger police force does not make for better service “It is my hope Members of Parliament & the Lords, irrespective of political party will put a stop to this – & help deliver the real reform policing needs. Of all the issues that policing is facing right now, I am quite astonished this is the priority.” – Festus Akinbusoye, Former Bedfordshire PCC & Mayor for London Candidate policepromotion.blog/2025/12…

While Rome burns; Uk policing is 20,000 officers short since the population growth since 2009 no one seems to talk/mention that plus we need a further 10/20k to take Britains streets back; we are Fecked for at least another decade; We need to fix whats broken & not just rearrange the deckchairs on the Titanic!!🤷‍♂️🙄

👮‍♀️“Steve, just wanted to let you know I've finally passed the boards, 2nd time around & after four exams. It's been a journey & perseverance was definitely key. I decided to purchase your promotion toolkit & podcast & I threw myself into it. It really helped me shift out of the day-to-day officer mindset & start seeing policing through a wider, more strategic lens. The CVF videos helped me slow down, think differently & approach things with some more clarity. The extra reading topped up my knowledge & honestly I think it made all the difference.” - Mohit 🎯 🔹🔹“Steve, I have just passed my Inspector Board achieving top marks in the presentation, interview & briefing exercise! ... your Masterclass transformed my preparation, a lightbulb moment. It taught me structure, best delivery of my examples & a comprehensive understanding of the CVF. Following this up with reading your iBooks, blogs & coupled with hours of practice nailed it for me. My journey after disappointment at last years Board is complete! I should have done this years ago.” - Jamie 🎯

They don’t give out scores, but they gave me “outstanding” for the presentation & 5 out of the 6 questions. There is no way I would have passed without your support..!"

In 1893 a Norwegian scientist deliberately froze his ship into the Arctic ice, let it drift for three years, and lost not a single man to scurvy or anything else. Then he walked off it and spent nine months in a hole in the ground eating bear. Fridtjof Nansen was thirty-two, a zoologist with a doctorate on the nervous system of a worm. His theory was that the polar current would carry a ship across the top of the world if the ship was built not to be crushed. He built one. He called it the Fram, took twelve men, and sailed into the pack. For three years they lived in the dark and the cold with no fresh food arriving from anywhere. On every previous expedition that had meant scurvy, the disease that had killed more sailors than the sea. Nansen's crew had none. They shot polar bear and seal, and ate the meat fresh and barely cooked, as the Inuit did. The doctor on board had almost nothing to do. In 1895 Nansen and one companion left the ship on skis to make for the Pole. They got further north than any human had been, turned back, and were caught by winter on an empty island. They built a hut of stones and walrus hide, and for nine months they ate bear meat and walrus blubber and nothing else. No vegetable, no grain, no fruit. They came out in the spring fatter than they went in. Then they walked home. Nansen went on to win the Nobel Peace Prize, and lived to 68. Every schoolchild is taught that a diet without vegetables will rot you from the inside. Two men spent a winter underground on nothing but fat and meat and came out fit to walk across the Arctic, and that was 130 years ago.

👮‍♀️Exam Done ✅ Board Ahead 🚀 Keep Going! 🚨£50 SAVER Code: OCTOBER50 🧨 EXPIRES 17 Oct 🗣️ “Good evening Steve… I passed my promotion board. We've never met, or spoken but your podcast & digital toolkits helped me, like you wouldn't believe. I failed my 1st attempt... The chief inspector on the panel gave me feedback but also asked if I had ever heard of Rank Success? Cue the day of the board, I was confident, excited & because I’d done the prep…I was able to deliver deeper answers that withstood additional probing questions from the panel. Thank you for your products & podcasts. As I go into my journey as a Sergeant, I'm going to keep my momentum going.. Please keep the material coming, it shaped & guided my answers so much” 🎯

Excellent thread by @MentalHealthCop One of the few people on here that actually know what they’re talking about 🌱
If you are deemed unfit to plead (by a jury, which we should remember the Conservatives are very keen on) there is then a legal process to determine if you "did the act", you're accused of. Whether you "did the act" is determined, again, by a jury. 1/

If your force has a PC to Sergeant promotion process opening up I would strongly recommend taking a look at Rank Success…Steve and the materials he offers are absolutely superb. I struggled with getting my head around some of the CVF, preparing applications and the board…1/3
