Samuel Sey's 2022 immigration status was likely a 90 day fiancé visa or a mere visitor visa. And at the time he was ineligible to work. Apparently, even to my surprise, it was this status that went 4 years unrenewed. It's worth mentioning that he violated these terms in addition to having a lasted legal status. But the grift must go on, I suppose.
