0.3% total on multi millions runners, which means probably less than 10 tokens
in reality, pumpfun just extracts any non migrated pair
quick example, how often do u guys see non migrated coins being drilled before migration, with a 150k+ volume? creator gets 0.3% and pump gets 0.95%, ALMOST ONE FULL PERCENT, this is literally extraction
they will always make u think ceilings r higher lol, all ceilings r getting lower and its better for pumpfun, the lower the ceiling the more fees they get, as simple as that
the fees you're talking about are for 10M+ coins, which means basically 2/3 coins every month (if they even hold that price lol)
2M revenue last 24h, ur volume on sol last 24h is 400M, this means its a raw 0.5% on average going into pumpfun, yet u guys will defend pumpfun for being supportive to this space?
if on average on a trade you lose 0.5% for a buy, so 0.5% for a sell, then terminals + chain fees on top and you're pretty much down 3% per trade on average as a random trader

Before PumpSwap, graduated coins migrated to a Raydium V4 pool
Here's what a trade on a $100M+ coin costs in each:
Raydium V4 (old setup): 0.25% total
- 0.22% LP
- 0.03% to raydium
- 0% to pump
- 0% to holders/creators
PumpSwap (now): 0.3% total
- 0.20% LP
- 0.05% to pump
- 0.05% to holders/creators
Note: Holder Rewards/Creator Fees are the main difference, and were introduced far later than PumpSwap itself. These fees are higher at lower market caps and reduce as market caps increase based on the fact that high fee tokens are far less attractive to whales who speculate on higher market cap tokens
It was VERY important for Pumpfun to keep the fee UX as close to the OG as possible, as that's what the end user was used to and enjoyed.
The only difference is Holder Rewards/Creator Fees (which reward people for holding a token or the creator of the token) alongside an additional 0.02% fee for Pumpfun.
This did not "kill the runners."
So, the LPs are essentially the same, with the main difference being the rewards fee and an additional 0.02% fee for Pumpfun.
This was the day that ruined memecoins
The concept of Tokenization has been proven to work very well
The only thing left is to move away from PvPing $5k shitters and start pivoting to higher market cap launches, allowing every single person with a net worth above $1k to basically acquire 50% of the supply of any token with no real risk or downside is the biggest failure in this entire space
Make memes great again
I honestly liked buying and holding cool looking names and images way better than having a coin paired with a stock paired with a coin paired with elons balls airdropping fees via x money
