On a different note, I send out my prayers & condolences to Reverand Jesse Jackson’s family on his passing. He was a great man & friend who will be missed. Peace

Tomorrow it will be 20 years since Katrina. I am blessed to be here to witness it. Truth on what really happened is out there if you seek it. Peace and blessings to all those who went thru it and to those who prayed for us. God is good!

Proverbs Chapter 15 has a lot to say about our tongues and our ears. Solomon says a wise person speaks truth but does it in a gentle, loving way. The goal is to be helpful. A wise person listens well to grow in knowledge & righteousness. Fools speak rashly & don’t want advice because they think they know it all. I have tried to model after my dad who always spoke wisdom in a kind way and was also a great listener.
