Leave you a card saying collect from depot with no address or contact information and not picking up

The most frustrating and incompetent service ever.
Online is pathetic and on the phone help is non-existent because no one ever answers the phone.
God forbid you have a delivery on Fridays!
If delivery is on a Friday & the driver somehow can’t deliver your item or follow the instructions you’ve left. You won’t get your item until the following week,where it all starts again with the same incompetent driver.
You don’t even get your mail on time anymore! @RoyalMail
