People who are angry with their lives always want others to experience the same thing, even though we all have different paths, and some are clearer than others.
Having a clear head and the test of time to control your anger is such an admirable skill that, if you have not reached that level of headroom, you cannot do it. It is such a golden skill that cannot be taught.

If you grew up experiencing afrophobia what have you done as a adult to help eradicate it in schools. What campaigns are you doing, organising work is not sexy, it does not pay the bills but we do it because we need to free us!
Just because people are protesting about an issue you disagree with does not mean they should be silenced.
I have been thinking about how protest laws in the UK have gradually changed since the 2010 student demonstrations against the proposed increase in university tuition fees.
Over the years, successive governments have introduced legislation that has expanded police powers and created further restrictions and criminal offences relating to protests.
The 2022 Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Act and the 2023 Public Order Act are particularly significant examples.
There is a difference between protecting public safety and making it increasingly difficult for people to exercise their democratic rights.
You do not have to agree with a protest to defend someone’s right to take part in one.
Today, it might be a cause you disagree with. Tomorrow, it could be an issue that directly affects you.
Freedom of expression and peaceful assembly must not depend on whether those in power approve of what people are saying.
Being able to show up for yourself, selfishly, in a way that only encapsulates your needs is the only way to activate the result you want.
