If you already have a complete elation team, you will get higher performance increase by upgrading your SW999/pearl/yaoguang or any of your main dps. Or maybe if you have a complete elation team and you feel content with it, you probably won't miss out a lot by skipping Aha.

Surely, picking Aha will atleast give value to your elation team, especially with that global passive that enhances Aha instant's base speed that affects all elation team But if you are already performing well enough anyway, you won't feel the urge to have that increase for now.
