Home from Cliff College and a lovely trip round memory lane, discovering my dissertation in print and becoming so grateful for my time there so many years ago. Along with many new memories too ❤️

First evening meeting back from sabbatical. Wowsers. Not used to still being awake this time of night. A full on day and my brain hurts #backtoworkreality

@StarbucksUK trying to make a complaint and I am going round in circles on your website. Please help

Totally addicted to iced velvet americano

For those who pray, please do for Matt and all the staff (including my teens) who work at the Seashell. So sad 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Stepping Hill A&E (Stockport) actually had a protein oat bake bar. Saved the day for me!!

Bran wells tomato ketchup

Oh no. The dilemma. Such a good book though.

Finished this amazing book. I was glued to the very end. A journey of savouring every word and desperate to know what happens. WOW!! a book that had me to the very last sentence.

A great weekend away with plenty of sun and a whole lot of beach fun #myheartisfull

Another study day ending with a 5 mile walk with my sister. Avoiding the rain and managed to see a heron so made my day. Today feels like a winner. Thank you God 🙏🏼
