Update: From the sounds of this hearing in the CA ballot case, there needs to be arrests made in the 1000's along with State employees who are allowing these illegal votes to be placed onto the rolls and to vote. Congress is not going to change any election laws so people have to just go to prison.

Prosecutors sent letters to county registrars asking them to set aside and verify the ballots.
