I don't know what to tell people who think polls are always accurate except that no, the opposite is the reality. Polls can be off by double-digits for a long string of time for no real reason, and they're almost always off against Republicans. Even when you have a red state with a normal candidate who appeals to all demographics running in a year when Democrats shouldn't be eager to answer polls, you get this:
Every single poll in this image underestimated Marco Rubio by at least 9 points, and many by 12+.....except for UNF, who bizarrely had underestimated him by TWENTY POINTS at first before swinging 15 points in his favor to underestimate him by just 5.
Find me ONE example of this kind of gigantic, consistent polling miss against Democrats and I'll find you three more against Republicans.
