I've written numerous articles about Morgellons, host a podcast about Morgellons, interviewed several experts who are considered authorities on the topic of Morgellons for my YouTube channel, created a free online course that covers the basics of Morgellons,
What I did do was pick up the pace and started using my legs more. This run is going down in 9 weeks and is something I should have accomplished 12 years ago. My goal is to just get in under an hour.

This weekend, spend more time talking with girls than talking to Doug. Follow up with more of that next week.

One eye drop a day could allow people to ditch glasses forever.
The FDA has approved VIZZ, the first eye drop of its kind to literally fix near vision.
After about age 40, the lens inside the eye stiffens, and reading a menu or a phone gets harder. It's called presbyopia, and it affects almost everyone eventually.
In 2025 the FDA approved VIZZ, a once-a-day eye drop made by LENZ Therapeutics that uses a drug called aceclidine. It works by shrinking the pupil to under 2 millimeters, creating a pinhole effect that brings close objects into focus without blurring distance vision.
In clinical trials with hundreds of adults, near vision improved within 30 minutes and the effect lasted up to 10 hours.
Earlier drops like Vuity mainly worked by squeezing the muscle that focuses the eye, which could cause brow aches and dimmer distance vision. VIZZ acts mostly on the pupil instead, and the company reported no serious treatment-related side effects across more than 30,000 days of use.
That said, the drops don't cure presbyopia, since the effect wears off each day, and they need a prescription. Also, in trials about one in five users had eye irritation, 16% noticed dimmer vision and 13% had headaches, mostly mild and brief. Even so, for millions of people tired of hunting for their readers, it's a real new option worth asking an eye doctor about.

One life lesson I know for sure: if someone has a history of mistreating people, you're not special. You're next.
My brother and I had to carry my dad's body out of the house and down to the hearse because either porch was too narrow to get a stretcher into the house.

She was falling 27,000 feet in a minute in an iced-up jet. In about 35 seconds she declared a mayday, gave her tail number, descent rate, overspeed and a 60-degree bank. That's the job. Then she died with eight other people, and you're grading her tone. Fuck you.
A pilot should not:
🔘become hysterical
🔘speak too quickly to be intelligible
🔘say, "We're going to crash into the ground!"
🔘scream like a little girl
🔘hyperventilate
🔘scream like a little girl again
A pilot needs a certain disposition. This is not it. That's the reality.

Having a front row seat to your own demise is an emotionally distressing experience and pilots have been known to scream in such situations.
Western Airlines Flight 2605 being one such example.

Probably one of the rare different posts I’ve seen since this accident.
People saying that the pilot was only panicking because she was young and inexperienced DEI … must have never faced death.

The attached video is a Microsoft Flight Simulator recreation of a real 2009 Cessna 172 incident (N9815L) with authentic ATC audio. The pilot recovered and landed safely. It is unrelated to the Florida Learjet crash.

Another heart-breaking dream. I get it, do I really have to keep reliving this for the rest of my life?

That thing was not descending at 32,000 feet per minute at the last moment before impact. Step through the frames, take screencaps, then measure the distance it travels with a ruler in Photoshop. 109 pixels. The plane's total length from nose to tail is 192 pixels. This gives us a conversion factor. 192 / 109 = 1.76. A 58.6 foot plane, divided by 1.76, gives us a traveled distance of 33.2 feet in one frame. 33.2 * 30 fps = 996 feet per second. 59,760 feet per minute. 679 miles per hour.
