To Our Beloved Real VR Fishing Community, [7 Years Together - A Huge Shout Out to All Our Fans] Today marks the 7th anniversary of Real VR Fishing. What began as a small idea — a peaceful fishing experience in virtual reality — has grown into a shared world, shaped by you. Over the years, your stories, your feedback, and your quiet presence on the water have brought this journey to life. Thank you to everyone who's cast a line with us since the very beginning — and to our newest anglers, just getting started: we see you too, and we're listening closely, so you can discover every bit of joy this journey still has to offer. Thank you for every cast, every message, and every moment. [Anniversary Celebration] To celebrate, we've prepared a special in-game event starting September 11, unfolding week by week through early October. You'll journey back through prehistoric seas, hunting for fossils hidden in familiar waters, uncovering seven extinct ancient shark species, and completing your own Ancient Shark Codex — all while collecting exclusive anniversary-themed rods and reels. From the beginning, one of our most important values has been simple: “Community First: We Listen & Deliver.” Over the past months, we have listened carefully to your feedback, and our direction is clear. We are going back to what made so many of you fall in love with Real VR Fishing in the first place: a realistic, immersive, and relaxing fishing experience. Even these ancient giants have been brought to life with that same direction in mind — extraordinary, yet still believable, immersive, and true to the calm we all come here for. [What's Coming for the Rest of 2026] There is still much more to come this year. Following our 7th Anniversary, we will have our Halloween Event in October, a new DLC in November, and our Holiday Event in December. And two experiences many of you have been asking for will finally arrive this year: Ice Fishing and Mixed Reality Fishing. Both will be released as free updates to Real VR Fishing. [A New Phase Begins - A Major Update & New Season of 2027] Next year, an even bigger step is waiting for Real VR Fishing. Over the past seven years, you have shared countless ideas with us. To properly deliver these experiences, we realized that Real VR Fishing itself needs a major update and a stronger foundation for the future. That work is already underway, and it is progressing well. Once this foundation is in place, we will be able to bring many of the features and experiences you have dreamed about to Real VR Fishing much more easily. This will mark the beginning of a new season for Real VR Fishing. [Our Promise] As always, we remain committed to what has guided us from the beginning: Community First. We Listen & Deliver. Thank you for seven unforgettable years. As we begin our eighth year together, let's keep fishing — together. Warmly, Mark Choi CEO, Devs United Games
