Today is World Mental Health Day, an important reminder that it's okay not to be okay. I've spoken openly about my own struggles, and I know that difficult days and weeks can come at any time, often when you least expect them. Life isn't always easy, and we all face challenges. But struggling with your mental health isn't a sign of weakness, and neither is asking for help. Being strong doesn't mean pretending everything is fine or suffering in silence. For me, like many others, sport and exercise are my happy place. Whether it's running, going to the gym or being around people who support you, it's a chance to clear my head, switch off and enjoy something I love. So check in on your mates, your family and those around you. Sometimes the people who seem to have everything together are fighting battles you know nothing about. There's strength in speaking up, and there's strength in being there for someone else. 💚 #WorldMentalHealthDay
