New: Reality Creation Discussion Forum
I’ve created the Reality Creation Community, which you can find at realitycreation.org/communit….
A place where you can talk with high-consciousness people, learn, share and get answers. Instead of talking to bots on social media, build friendships, share your insight, gain insight and as a tool of ascending your consciousness level. One of the great challenges of our times is finding like-minded people “at your level” and this Forum is intended to solve that issue in due time.
To post and comment you need to register (it’s FREE). Once registered, return to this page and start posting. All users can post and comment on the forums but the Forums “Coaching” and “Your Business” are only visible to Reality Creation Members. Questions to me, Fred Dodson, can be asked in the Coaching Forum.
The kind and generous benefit the most from this Community. Enjoy!
Frederick Dodson.
Cookie-cutter houses are boring, low-energy. Never move into a street where all houses are alike, as if built by AI. Move into a street where each house is unique because it's human-built. You'll be happier and healthier because there's a difference in energy.
If you donate or build a park-bench you create positive karma-points for decades or as long as the bench serves as a resting place for people. Long after you've left the planet you're still collecting energy-particles of appreciation.

This is Saint Michael's Line, a straight line spanning Ireland, France, Italy, Greece and Israel on which there are famous but hard to access Cathedrals and Monasteries dedicated to Archangel Michael.
The chances of this being a coincidence? Zero.

The Art of Unfocusing
"The art of seeing small things at a great distance is not to look for them, but to let your eyes find them".
This doesn't only apply to ships at sea, but many things in life. Being focused all the time is not good. Sometimes you need to focus, sometimes you need to release focus and LET the eyes do it or LET the mind do it or LET life do it. I call this state "open attention" in my "Attention Training Course".
Especially awesome when stargazing: Release focus and allow your eyes to pick up movement. You will SEE MUCH MORE.

Skill
The rich can't buy it.
A thief can't steal it.
The impatient can't rush it.
Others can't inherit it.
Learning a hands-on skill requires love and patience, focus and persistence, time and space.
Skill and Experience are stored in your body & mind - if you are a person of many skills, it's sensed by others.

To respond to a question I got recently:
No I don't do cold plunges every day, what gives you that idea? Cold plunge = nervous system reset. Why would I need a reset every day? More like once a year, maybe twice.

Secret Cloning Experiments
I watched the documentary "Three Identical Strangers" on Netflix (photo below from the film).
Triplets were separated at birth by a shady adoption agency and apparently reunited by coincidence at age 19.
One of the brothers grew up in a low-income household, the other in middle-class and the third brother in upper class.
The three brothers bonded immediately, becoming lifelong friends. They went on to become TV celebrities.
Then one day, a scientist did a little digging and discovered the three had been part of a secret experiment. Their entire life had been an experiment they'd been under secret observation since childhood.
Perhaps under the weight of these revelations, one of the brothers - Eddy -commit suicide.
The documentary purports to be about triplets, but I believe it's actually about clones. As much as the film reveals about unethical human experimentation, it conceals an even worse crime.
The clone-theory derives from a critical viewing of the documentary. The one who commit suicide - Eddy - was the original from which the brothers were cloned, in my opinion. Here's why:
* Eddy was revealed to "be more emotional" than his brothers, wanting to keep the family together, whereas the others seemed not to care. Flattened emotions could be evidence of cloning.
* The three looked and acted identical, which cannot be said of normal twins and triplets who often show differences in looks and personality. One can tell them apart. The three brothers on the other hand, were almost impossible to tell apart even though they had grown up in very different circumstances.
* One of the people involved with the scientist who did the experiments, was interviewed. She showed off photos with what she called her friends: Hillary Clinton, Michelle Obama, Al Gore, etc. She introduced herself as only an insignificant office assistant who had no part in the experiments.
If she was insignificant, how did she come to be friends with these politicians? This "assistant" continued to lie. She said "Back in those days, such experiments were seen as good" (never in History has anyone thought secret human experimentation is good) or "all such experimentation has ended today" (how would she know?). The lies and connections to power-politics reveal something deeper going on than a mere hiccup by an adoption agency.
* The film reveals that scientists periodically showed up at the children's houses to film and ask the children questions. Throughout the decades, they apparently kept the parents and the kids in the dark about the siblings. Such intense study points toward a deeper agenda.
* Yale University has sealed the documents of this experiment and allows neither public nor private access. If it is what they say it is, then why keep the papers sealed and secret?
Here's what I think happened:
As the truth inadvertently slipped out, someone did damage control by making this documentary. The documentary reveals that our scientists are involved in dark stuff but hides just how dark.

Psychometry
Can you tell whose phone it is by touching it?
Whose jewellery it is by touching it?
Know the History of an object by touching it?
We did this exercise in my last live seminar groups of people across several tables. People put their personal items under the table cloth. They were mixed and then revealed to the group. The group assigned each object in writing.
Some people got it right every time, over and over and over. They touch the object and feel the owner in an instant.
If you consult Wikipedia, Google, AI or any other modern-day Oracle, they will assure you this ability doesn't exist and there is no evidence for it. No matter how much evidence and live-demonstration we've provided.
I believe it can be intentionally practiced and improved in every human being.
It works because
a) every object is imbued not only with it's own energy but with the energy of the owner or user
b) the hand is capable of feeling that energy and linking it to the owner.
Some people get it right without touching the object. This is because attention itself can touch an object.
Not-getting-it-right can serve as a measurement for how relaxed and tuned-in you are. On some days you're out of sync with yourself and it doesn't work. Then on other days, it flows easily. It's this way with anything, not just Psychometry.

Thought Intensity Levels
1. Thought
2. Intention
3. Promise
4. Commitment
5. Oath
A mere thought or opinion doesn't have as much power as a promise. You have thousands of thoughts and opinions but have they ever made a real difference in your life?
Most thoughts aren't even yours. They were put there by schooling , media, family and friends. They were picked up out of the aether.
The thought you just had: Do you remember
sourcing,
originating,
creating,
intending it?
Check. Look.
If you're honest, you'll find that it "somehow" appeared.
Where did it appear from?
Who put it there?
If you don't recall deliberately chosing this thought, can you really it is "yours"? If you don't even remember the thought a few hours later, can be said to be "yours"?
A thought rarely moves the compass, but a promise does.
A promise is something you remember making, originating, sourcing. It is therefore YOURS.
It's popular to claim "thoughts become things" and "thoughts create reality". But if thoughts alone created reality, we'd be in real trouble. In and of themselves, they are not strong enough to permanently alter reality. Repeated thoughts, verbalized thoughts, thoughts-followed-by-actions have more impact.
But a thought crystallized into a promise is powerful.
Make a promise to yourself or another of which you know you can make it come true within the next 12 hours. Then, be sure to fulfill your promise. This is a great exercise in reality creation and conditioning your subconscious that your word comes true.
With a promise, you are the author of your reality. As the AUTHOR you have AUTHORITY.
If we take it a level higher, we have Commitment. Do you know what Commitment feels like? It's a contract. Unfortunately so many overuse the word. The call mere thoughts and wishes "commitments" and ask "are you committed?" and answer with "yes".
But a real commitment means there is no plan B, you're contractually obliged. A marriage is a commitment. If I say to you "Make a million dollars within a year or else I'll shoot your family", you will likely experience an unbending commitment to make that money. How likely is it you will manifest the Million? Very likely. Could you generate that commitment without the external threat? Well yes, you can. It's a matter of will.
The highest level of thought-intensity is the Oath. All the great Religions forbid taking an Oath.
Why? Because it's too serious, too rigid of a promise. If I make a Commitment, I can still back out of the contract through cancellation or paying a fee. But with an oath, the punishment for backing out is often death.
I don't recommend taking a blood oath - but I do recommend you understand the thought-intensity required to create a reality.

Make Tipping Great Again
Tipping in the U.S. = bad vibe.
I've lived in several other countries. There, tipping = good vibe.
I've lived in the U.S. of the 1970s and 80s. There, tipping = good vibe.
In those times, tipping arose from genuine appreciation. You felt the sincerity and extra-effort of a service staffer. You had a good time. So you left a tip. If the service was normal (not even bad, just normal), you left no tip.
In most modern U.S. service-situations, a screen is asking you to leave a tip before the service was even provided. I order food. I'm asked to pre-pay and leave a tip. I haven't even received food yet. I've received nothing except someone taking my order. What's special about it? Why should I leave a tip?
"Well duh, because we depend on it. We can no longer afford a living from our wages and without tips we starve to death".
But that's tugging at pity, not appreciation. Not a good vibe. Why is it my problem that you chose a job that doesn't pay well?
Question: If I leave no tip before the service is provided, will you provide bad service to punish me?
See the problem? The need for effort is placed with the paying customer instead of service staff.
You may think I'm making a mountain out of a molehill, but "American" daily life is filled with these little dystopian reversals. In accumulation, they matter.
Tipping culture was originally designed to get people to talk to each other, to get service members inspired to up their game. Not to create resentment in both customer and vendor.
I still tip anyway, in spite of the system. But before I tip, I take a moment to find something to appreciate about the person in front of me.
Because generosity combined with appreciation is a magical prosperity generator for all involved.

How secret societies exert hidden spiritual mass-influence
With my seminar-group I conducted a strange exercise that revealed something important about hidden influence.
A group of about 10 people stand around 1 blindfolded person (we were 70 people, so there were 7 circles).
I instruct the people in the circle to all lean in one direction, showing them, not saying it out loud, so the blindfolded person doesn't hear it.
While everyone is leaning their body in the same direction I instruct them to intently focus on the person in the center.
The exercise was conducted in my "Levels of Energy Seminar 2023 in Florida" on the third day.
So what happened?
Synchronization happened.
After a few minutes the person in the center begins swaying in the same direction as everyone in the circle!
After approximately 3 minutes we had 5 of the 7 circles had successfully influenced the person in the center without them knowing they were being influenced.
The blindfolded person doesn't know which direction we are leaning. The blindfolded person barely even knows what the exercise is about. And yet, the blindfolded person sways in the direction it is "pulled" toward, magnetically, because that's what everyone else is doing.
Fortunately the entire experiment was recorded on video in case any scientist were ever truly interested in "proof of the paranormal".
I can't use this exercise again, because, if you're aware of the hidden manipulation you can use will to choose differently.
If I did it again with the same group, it wouldn't succeed. It can only succeed when done in secret to people who aren't aware or have not developed personal will.
The "supernatural" feat succeeded because I didn't explain to the group what we were doing, I only gave instructions. Had I explained it beforehand, the skepticism and doubt would have nullified the energy-field.
The knowledge about synchronization (all-go-rhythm) and remote influence has been known for thousands of years. Today it's practiced by various organizations and secret societies to effect changes in the world without the effected people ever knowing. Yes, folks meet up in secret and perform rituals for specific result - for a politician to change their decision, for a CEO to fall ill, etc.
People believe the greatest "power" is held by military, bankers, royalty, corporations or something. They grossly underestimate cognitive and spiritual warfare which is to do with
beliefs,
thought-patterns,
actions and reactions,
psyop,
mass-influence,
mass-synchronization,
problem-reaction-solution, etc.
Some hidden influence is done for "bad", some for "good", but in my view any hidden influence is bad, even the ones claimed to be "for the greater good". Anything that undermines individual choice is anti-human.
When I presented the exercise in the seminar, I did not talk about secret societies or how pervasive this kind of thing is. I taught it so that students could know this kind of thing can happen remotely and that it's easy to stop by an act of conscious will.
Fortunately most people aren't victims of remote or psychic attack. They're just not important enough. Even so, most people are a part of "waves" or "synchronizations" they are not consciously aware of. Any rigid "pro" or "anti" position you occupy could be part of a remote-manipulated mass-influence-wave that you think you consciously chose but didn't.
Retreat to the wilderness for a few weeks: What "strong opinions" are left? See? Many of the beliefs you thought were "yours", don't stay with you in the absence of reinforcement programming.
If you were ever psychically attacked, what to do about it? Well, think about the exercise I just described. The person in the center could have opened up to what they really feel and then thought "Well, I feel I am being influenced to sway backward, so I am just going to stand still". By mere decision the whole voodoo is dissolved right away. The "black magick" is comparatively weak, gaining its strength only from the unawareness of the potential victim. Once the victim makes a DECISION contrary to the external wave, the spell is broken.
You could voice
"I declare any
external influence,
psychic attack,
ill-will,
bad intention or
any hidden influence on me
other than that of pure love, void and destroyed, in the name of the Most High".
- weeks of secret scheming against you, destroyed with a simple word.
I don't think humanity will survive without learning about influence-from-the-shadows, so eventually I'm going to write a whole book about this, some time in the next five years.
If you're a seminar or group facilitator, you can serve your fellow humans by teaching them this and similar exercises.
But isn't dangerous to teach people hidden-influence techniques?
No. It's dangerous leave this knowledge to only few. "Regular everyday people" are not interested in exerting hidden influence on others. Among healthy people it's considered creepy.
Once this stuff hits mainstream, it's game over for spiritual-remote-manipulation. If that sounds good to you, then share this article far and wide.

RFK Jr. says a CIA funded experiment showed how far some Americans would go when ordered by authority figures to hurt another person.
But he says the most important lesson came from those who stood up and refused to obey.
“During the 1950s and 1960s, the CIA had a program called MKUltra, and they were looking for ways to manipulate individuals and populations to make them compliant and obedient.”
“And one of the experiments they funded was an experiment at Yale, and it’s called the Milgram Experiment.”
“They got a Yale professor named Stanley Milgram and he would bring subjects in from every walk of American life… He would put them at a table, and he would say, ‘When you turn this dial, there's a guy in the next room who's strapped to a chair, and he's going to get an electric shock.’”
“The guy who was running the experiment came out in a white lab coat with all of these vestures of authority on him and he would say, ‘Turn it up.’”
“They would turn it up, and they’d hear the person screaming and crying and begging.”
“A lot of times they began crying because they didn’t want to do it. They didn’t wanna hurt the person in the next room.”
“But nevertheless, when they were ordered to by this supposed doctor, they did it anyway.”
“67% of the people turned it all the way up to where it was marked potentially lethal.”
“The good news is that 33% got up and walked out.”
“These were the people who said, ‘We’re not going to obey undeserving authorities when they order us to do something that we know is against our values.’”
