I was personally given photos to promote @thealixlynx’s appearance on my podcast, with full permission to use them.
Yet her DMCA takedown company went ahead and had X remove those very photos, despite me being authorised to use them!
I don’t know who the company is, but they’re based in Tallinn, Estonia.
This is EXACTLY why I use a DMCA company that actually checks before filing takedown claims.
Thank you @RebaRocket and @takedownpiracy for manually reviewing content rather than blindly issuing takedowns.
DMCA companies need to do their due diligence before targeting legitimate, authorised posts! 😡
This isn’t Alix’s fault. It’s a company failing to check before taking action.

We infiltrate these types of sites (and more) to detect, VERIFY, and remove copyright infringements. Yes, we capitalized VERIFY, because too many DMCA services skip that part!
