Can we have like a week where Superwholock is a thing again, everyone listens to the Emo Trinity and Dan and Phil somehow manage to be involved. Even if it's only as a recession indicator. Please

'Forcing Doctor Who on her' 1. She's been a fan for 2 years 2. She was the one who wanted to try the 13th Doctor (we've been working through the Doctors, including Classic) 3. She has a very varied media diet - loves Princess Leia, Sarah from Labyrinth, Elphaba Sod off ❤️

Maybe you could have just shown her the dozens and dozens and dozens of female heroes that actually exist instead of forcing Doctor Who on her?

No matter what you (or I!) personally think of the 13th Doctor's era, there is an 8 year old girl who today proclaimed that the 10th Doctor is no longer her favourite, that the 13th is and that she can be her every day because she is also a girl. Sounds make up but she said it!❤️

Also am finding that S11 is so much better from a child's perspective. The historical ones especially. Has that Hartnell educational vibe

Tales of the TARDIS is out NOW! The book consists of eight brand new #DoctorWho stories written by me, myself and I - but there are also some prologues from some of the Whoniverse’s greatest actors/writers. 🛸 I am so grateful to have created new adventures for the Doctor. ❤️❤️

Ended up watching The Witchfinders instead. Banging episode! Siobhan Finneran's performance is astonishing and its one of my favourites of Jodie's too. The kids now keep quoting King James saying "where did they go?" at the end -"the funniest bit ever" apparently? 😭

We watched The Woman Who Fell To Earth with the step kids and they were big fans and are now hounding us to watch The Ghost Monument 😭 no thank you 😭 I love that they loved Jodie but I left that episode in 2018 and never looked back

Also thank you Jodie Whittaker for showing them that a West Yorkshire accent exists outside of their step mum

I so get it though. If I was made a traitor when I didn't want to be, I'd be having a series long panic attack

How to succeed in a world where stretching yourself thin is the only way up and you have a body that betrays you on a daily basis? How to fulfill your dreams when baseline normality is so out of reach?
